To get a media pass, directly contact us (direct message through Facebook preferred) with your request about your interest in a media pass. Earlier is better to allow enough time for us to respond to your request.

In your request it would be most helpful to include:

• A brief description of your background with photography. Years of experience, types of photography experience.
• A link to your website or facebook page or instagram that shows examples of your work
• A brief description of specific media coverage you’d like to cover at our event.

We won’t be using the information you provide us as judging criteria for entrance. All media are welcome and will have free entrance to the event. We’d like to know the information in order to help promote your media coverage after the event as well as direct to specific areas of the event suitable for your interest.

On the day of the event:

• Bring enough batteries needed to operate your equipment, we won’t have outlets available for recharging.
• You are welcome to bring your business cards and similar promotional items to hand out.

If covering the drifting, we have a few additional rules. We care greatly about your safety and require you to adhere to the rules so that everyone can have fun and be safe.

• You MUST wear a safety vest
• You MUST attend drivers meeting at 9:30am
• Wear closed toe shoes

ALL MEDIA MUST ATTEND THE DRIVERS MEETING at 9:30am this way you know how to safely cross the track and when to switch positions.
